What Beethoven's Fifth Symphony, his Sonata Pathetique, Rachmaninov's Second Piano Concerto, Pachelbel's famous canon, and the Italian song "O Solo Mio" have in common? These pieces from the "classical" canon and many, many more have been used in songs by the likes of Billy Joel, Lady Gaga, Elvis Presley, John Denver, the Beatles…the list goes on and on. Let's have some fun listening to "the old" and "the new" side by side.
