Maybe a 10-Minute work? Stuart Brown, a West Hartford playwright, has had his 10-Minute plays staged around the country at various Festivals. He will talk about the dynamics of constructing a 10-Minute work, the essential components to include, the do's and don't's, and even how to submit your works to theaters. In addition to his talk, Brown will show videos of two of his 10-Minute plays. Brown has had his 10-Minute plays staged in California, Connecticut, Florida, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Rhode Island, and London England. His full length one-act play, Lady Jigsaw, opened the Chestnut Street Playhouse New Playwrights Festival in September 2025. It will also have a staged reading at New Britain's Hole in the Wall theater on June 27, 2026. His murder-mystery, Conduct Unbecoming will have a staged reading at the New Britain theater on November 14, 2026.
