The presentation is interactive and fun! Professor Pevar will give the facts of each case and ask the audience to guess as to how the Court decided the case, and members of the audience are given an opportunity to explain why they voted the way they did. Professor Pevar then reveals the actual ruling and uses a PowerPoint to give quotations from the decision.
